A bit about me
Many years ago my art teacher looked at me with concern when I showed her my somewhat morbid GCSE project which was a skeleton in a phone box holding a blood soaked carving knife. I'd like to think she'd be slightly more accepting of the drawings I do now.

I draw buildings and create floorplans so it shouldn't come as a shock that I have an architectural background. I went to study architecture at Manchester uni at the ripe old age of 28 where my stand out moment must surely be the night I ate a packet of cigarettes. You would be correct in thinking alcohol played a part in that decision.

After uni I moved to Suffolk to work in an architect's practice where the said architect was my stepdad (who just whispered nepotism?) From there I worked for a large property developer but was a casualty of mass redundancies so ended up as a shop assistant in the 90p Store where we sold all manner of useless tat. I actually quite enjoyed working there.

I eventually became a warehouse manager before moving to Liverpool where I now live and spend my time in my studio drawing, painting and creating.
